Is there any solution for begging problem?

After a long break I thought I share some of my views on some social issues. The other day on my way back to my home, at the traffic signal , I was literally gheraoed by few beggers. One is a child aged around 8,the other one is a woman with a child and the other is a man in black dress claiming to be a devotee. But none of them seemed to be physically unfit to work. I was full of thoughts. Can't we do anything to make use of this manpower. Why do we tolerate this idleness. Why can't we explore this human asset to turn out productivity.Yes ,if we think seriously about it we can make our country prosperous.
The government has to get statistics of fit as well as disabled beggers. The fit among them should be used for laying roads, digging irrigation canals, tanks and other government work. Each of them should be given an id no. and a job card with biometric identificatin. The work turnedout by him or her should be recorded on the job card and he should be paid accordingly. The government can also use them in cultivating Govt. lands.
The disabled can be given the type of work which they can sit and do,like carpet making , making ropes and other crafts as per their ability.
Even the corporates can come forward with such plans.

Conquer the corruption devil

Atlast, people came forward to fight against corruption.thanks to Anna Hazare. But it is not enough to make a law. Implementation is more important.I feel that a committee should be formed in every village and town to monitor the corruption cases. the committee members should be general public. Any corruption case should be directly reported to the committee and immediate action should be taken. The law should be stringent and no one should be spared if he is proved corrupt. I dream of the day when any citizen of the country gets his work done smoothly and fairly without bribing. That day will be the beginning of a new era. India is going to rise high if all of us vow to fight against corruption.
